Etrudy Taylor Mitchell
CEO/CFO

Etrudy Taylor-Mitchell is the CEO/CFO of Whole Inclusion, Inc. She has been an advocate for the IDD community for 21+ years. Her advocacy spans from stakeholder for “Realizing the Promise of Olmstead,” a housing study and policy recommendations for Georgians with IDD and their caregivers to mentoring and empowering a team of 3 caregivers for an IDD adult’s home care, transportation, and daily living tasks. Her dream is to provide urban affordable housing throughout Georgia with supporting services to the IDD community.

Zenobia Mims

 Zenobia is a Licensed  Coach for Primerica Financial Services, Inc who also mentors and trains students to pass the state administered life insurance examination. Zenobia has 25+ years   years of experience in the financial industry, and is very passionate about helping families build a foundation for a better financial future. With her work at Whole Inclusion she hopes to be an advocate for families in need of support or assistance for their loved ones.

Monique McGee

Monique McGee is an Educational Technologist at Georgia State University and doctoral student at the University of Georgia. She looks forward to  helping members of the IDD community achieve their full  independence, and she is committed to using both her business and education background to aid  in Whole Inclusion's mission.

Aniya Mills

 Aniya is a graduate of Syracuse University in Business Management and a candidate of jurisprudence at Vanderbilt Law School. She is excited to join Whole Inclusion to advance societal equity, particularly for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She is dedicated to helping  build a fairer society where all can access equal rights, opportunities, and an improved quality of life.

Victor McRae

Victor McRae is a lifelong resident of Georgia with a dedication to advocating for accessible and inclusive living environments for individuals with disabilities. Living with Stargardt's disease has given him a unique perspective and a drive towards impactful work. Currently serving as the Housing Policy Coordinator at the Statewide Independent Living Council of Georgia (SILCGA), a non-profit organization committed to empowering individuals with disabilities and promoting equal participation in communities across the state, Victor collaborates with diverse stakeholders to dismantle societal barriers to independence and create more accessible, inclusive, and supportive environments for people with disabilities.
